You can help defend our country and economy in Canada, by participating in the international boycott of American product & services in retaliation of President Trump’s tariffs. Remember, a Product of Canada is 91%+ (including raw materials), produced in Canada, by Canadians. Made in Canada means the product is 51%+ produced in Canada. A simple maple leaf does NOT necessarily mean it is a Canadian product at all. It is important to some research or seek out one of the new apps that help identify Canadian products.

We also, want to make sure that Canadian workers are not punished for working for an American company. So, as a second resort, it’s OK to purchase products and services from American companies, as long as the product or service is made with Canadian employees, on Canadian soil. i.e.) a division of a US company or Canadian division of a conglomerate.

Finally, if you can’t find a Canadian product that you need, look for Mexican or any country other than the United States.
